How many sizes does the recovery collar come in?

The Collar comes in 7 sizes. XXS, XS, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and XXL. Below you will find the sizing guide for your reference. Please let us know if you do have any questions as we will be more than happy to assist.

How much do the pet recovery collars cost?

The collar ranges from $20.99 to $51.99 plus shipping and handling.

What is the return policy?

The collar may be returned up to 3 days after delivery. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping and that the collar must not have been used and in its original packaging.

How do I know what size my pet is?

When determining which size collar to purchase for your pet, please take into account both the weight of your pet and their neck size. Using this information you can find the correct collar size below:

How many colors does the collar come in?

Currently we have 4 color variations of the Comfurt Collar. Cheetah, Zebra, Black and Camo. The outer covering is made of soft, micro plush fabric providing even more comfort.

Is the collar machine washable?

Yes. The outer shell is machine washable and the inner shell is water resistant. The shell zips off for easy removal and to clean if necessary. (The zipper is hidden to protect pet from getting scratched)

Does the collar work for every surgery / ailment / injury?

Although this collar works for many issues, some pets MAY still be able to reach the site. This depends on the individual pet, where the site is, how agile your pet may be, and of course, if it is sized correctly. Remember that with our adjustable neckline, it is always possible to go up a size for more coverage. Please be sure to monitor your pet to ensure that they are unable to reach the specific area.

How does it stay on and how secure is it?

The petʼs regular collar (or the black nylon collar included) MUST be threaded through the Recovery Collar. Once that is done, the Recovery Collar is placed around the petʼs neck. Double closure of the inner and outer velcro makes it more secure so as not to open. The ability to further tighten the neck of the collar (hidden elastic toggle switches) gives a more custom fit and makes it more secure.

How long does it take to receive shipment?

All orders are shipped out the same day if they are placed before 1 pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend go out the following monday. Orders are delivered typically within 1-5 days from when the order is shipped.

What are the benefits of this vs. other alternative recovery collars?

It is STUFFED and acts as a soft pillow for pet to rest on. It is NOT INFLATABLE and therefore cannot lose air . Pets are able to eat, drink and move around freely. THE NECK IS ADJUSTABLE (elastic toggle switches) which provides for a more custom fit for each pet. The SPECIAL BONUS leash attachment is helpful to walk your dog. It will not interfere with the Recovery Collar, giving the dog more freedom to be walked without the Collar being disturbed. PLEASE BE SURE to put the leash attachment around BOTH collars.
